What This Is

This is an event platform. People create events, other people sign up to attend them. The platform provides the plumbing; event organizers provide the actual events. I provide the service as-is and make no promises I cannot keep.

Acceptable Use

Do not use this platform for anything illegal, spammy, or malicious. Do not harass people. If you publish an event, you are responsible for what it says and what happens at it. If your event turns out to be a disaster, that is between you and your attendees. I just built the website.

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If the site goes down, if data gets lost, if an event you registered for turns out to be terrible — none of that is on me. Use the platform at your own risk. I do my best, but software is software.

Account Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. No warning, no lengthy back-and-forth. Keep it reasonable and this will never come up.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes will be settled in Berlin. Yes, that means German courts. Yes, they are efficient. Yes, you should hope it never comes to that.
